Shri Arvind Rege is member of Managing committee at the Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini. As a professional, he has had long stints in corporate management in different companies, handaling various departments. But it not just this experience that is behind his very incisive writings on a variety of management issues. His social activism, majorly into the Rastriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and RSS-inspired organisations has hugely contributed two the evolution of insight into human nature, human behaviour, and more importantly, both the strengths and limitations of transforming a human being.
